Quality Policy

The Faculty of Environmental Studies, Universiti Putra Malaysia, is dedicated to achieving excellence in Education and Research in Basic and Applied Environmental Studies through a quality management system which is continously undergoing improvement to ensure customer satisfaction.

The faculty members will carry out their responsibilities in such a manner as to achieve the client charter which have been set, to ensure that they are in line with the vision and mission of the faculty.
